Shipping
All items are usually processed within 3 days (or less) to be shipped. For delivery please allow up to 7 days, depending on where you live!
Where is my package?
Once I drop your package off in the mail to be delivered, 𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩. I will always provide a tracking number after I package and ship the item via USPS. Please work with your local USPS office to locate your lost package.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive your item & would like to return it, please contact me first to discuss if there is another option that would work for you! Your happiness is most important.
Damages
Sometimes things get treated a little rough in the mail. If you receive your item and it is damaged, please contact me first so we can find out the best course of action.
EJI Proceeds
For confirmation purposes, I will be sending a receipt of your donation (the amount you paid for a BLM art) along with your tracking number when I ship your package.
